Content Removal Policy
When content or verification is restricted, and the statement of reasons you receive.
When we act
- A substantiated notice shows content is illegal or infringes rights.
- Evidence is found to be false, insufficient or no longer valid (for example an expired licence or plan), or new information contradicts an earlier verification decision.
- Content or conduct breaches the Terms of Service or the law, or an authority orders removal.
Measures
- Unpublishing or restricting a track; suspending or reopening a verification review; revoking a badge;
- suspending a creator account, or in serious cases closing an account.
We choose the least intrusive effective measure and keep a record of every decision in an append-only log.
Statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA)
Affected creators receive a clear statement: what was decided and from when, the facts and grounds relied on (including whether we acted on a notice or on our own initiative), whether automated means were used, the legal or contractual basis, and how to contest it, including internal complaints, out-of-court dispute settlement and court action.
Reinstatement
If a complaint succeeds or new evidence resolves the issue, we restore the content and, where appropriate, run a fresh review. Tracks that were edited after approval must pass review again before going live.
