Creator Rights Declaration

What you confirm when you submit a track (version 2026.1).

When you submit a track you declare, for that specific track:

  • AI origin. It was generated with the AI tools, method and date you stated, and the information, records and documents you provided are accurate, complete and unaltered.
  • Rights. You own, or are authorised to publish and commercially distribute, the track under the licence or terms that applied on the generation date, including any samples, vocals, lyrics or other third-party material in it. You understand that using an AI tool does not by itself grant you those rights.
  • No credentials. You have not uploaded passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers or unrelated personal data.

What we record

We store your confirmations with a timestamp, the declaration version and a hashed network address, together with your declaration and evidence, so that decisions can be audited and, where needed, defended.

What a badge does and does not mean

“AI Origin Reviewed”, “Commercial Rights Reviewed” and “Fully Verified” mean that a reviewer examined the evidence you provided under our criteria version shown on the track. They are not a warranty or a legal clearance. Rights approvals expire after a set period and can be suspended or reopened if new evidence appears.

Consequences of false declarations

False or misleading declarations or evidence can lead to removal of the track, suspension of verification or your account, and liability towards rights holders and us. Any change to a submitted or published track requires a new review and a new declaration.
